EASYGO — TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective Date: 01/10/2026 Last Updated: 01/010/2026 Welcome to EasyGo (“EasyGo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). EasyGo is a technology platform that enables users to access and book various services, including taxi/transportation services, food ordering and delivery, doctor appointment booking and online consultation services, through the EasyGo mobile application and website. By downloading, accessing, registering with, or using EasyGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. 1. Definitions For the purposes of these Terms: • “User” / “Customer” means any person who accesses or uses EasyGo. • “Driver/Partner” means an independent transportation service provider registered on the EasyGo platform. • “Restaurant/ Food Partner” means a restaurant, food outlet, or food-service provider listed on EasyGo. • “Doctor/Healthcare Professional” means an independent medical professional providing consultation or appointment services through the platform. • “Services” means transportation booking, food ordering/delivery, doctor appointment booking, online consultation, and other services made available through EasyGo. • “Platform” means the EasyGo application, website, software, technology, and related services. 2. Nature of EasyGo Platform EasyGo operates primarily as a technology platform connecting customers with independent service providers. EasyGo may facilitate bookings, orders, payments, communication, notifications, and other technology-enabled services. Unless specifically stated otherwise, EasyGo does not directly employ or control independent drivers, restaurants, delivery partners, or doctors. The actual service may be provided by the respective independent service provider. 3. Eligibility You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use EasyGo. By using EasyGo, you confirm that: 1. The information provided by you is accurate and complete. 2. You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3. You will not use EasyGo for any unlawful purpose. 4. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If a parent or legal guardian permits a minor to use the platform, the parent or guardian shall be responsible for the minor's use of the platform to the extent permitted by law. 4. Account Registration Certain services may require you to create an EasyGo account. You agree to provide correct information, including your name, mobile number, email address, address, and other information reasonably required to provide the services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and OTP/login information. You must immediately notify EasyGo if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. EasyGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information. 5. Taxi / Transportation Services EasyGo may allow customers to book available transportation services through the platform. The available vehicle categories may include: • Bike • Auto • Hatchback • Sedan • SUV • Ambulance • Other categories introduced by EasyGo The availability of vehicles depends on location, driver availability, operating hours, traffic, weather, and other circumstances. The fare displayed at the time of booking may depend on distance, time, vehicle category, applicable taxes, tolls, parking charges, waiting charges, surge/dynamic pricing, or other applicable charges. The final amount may differ where additional legitimate charges are incurred during the trip. Driver and Vehicle Drivers and vehicles are independent service providers and are responsible for maintaining the required licences, permits, registrations, insurance, and other legally required documents. EasyGo may take reasonable steps to verify partner information but does not guarantee the conduct, performance, or availability of every driver. Users must not ask drivers to violate traffic laws or other applicable regulations. 6. Cancellation of Taxi Booking A customer may cancel a booking subject to EasyGo's applicable cancellation policy. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking status, time of cancellation, driver arrival, waiting time, distance travelled, or other applicable circumstances. EasyGo may also cancel a booking because of driver unavailability, technical problems, safety concerns, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 7. Food Ordering and Delivery EasyGo may provide a platform through which customers can order food from participating restaurants or food partners. Restaurant partners are responsible for: • Food preparation • Food quality • Ingredients • Packaging • Food safety • Product descriptions • Applicable licences and legal compliance EasyGo does not independently prepare or manufacture food unless expressly stated otherwise. Food images and descriptions displayed on the platform may be provided by restaurant partners and may vary from the actual product. Delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by restaurant preparation time, traffic, weather, distance, demand, and other circumstances. 8. Food Order Cancellation and Refunds Food orders may be cancelled subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Once an order has been accepted or preparation has started, cancellation may not always be possible. Refunds, where applicable, may be processed according to EasyGo's refund policy and the circumstances of the order. Where an order is incorrect, damaged, missing, or otherwise materially different from what was ordered, the customer should contact EasyGo support within a reasonable period after delivery. 9. Doctor Appointment and Online Consultation EasyGo may provide technology that enables users to: • Search for participating doctors; • View doctor profiles; • Request appointments; • Make payments where applicable; • Attend online consultations; • Communicate with healthcare professionals. EasyGo is not a hospital, clinic, or medical practitioner merely by providing the technology platform. Doctors and healthcare professionals are independent professionals responsible for their medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, and professional conduct. EasyGo does not guarantee any particular medical result, diagnosis, treatment outcome, or availability of a particular doctor. 10. Medical Emergency EasyGo's online consultation service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you experience a serious or life-threatening medical emergency, immediately contact the appropriate emergency medical service or visit the nearest emergency department. Do not rely solely on an online consultation through EasyGo for emergency medical treatment. 11. Doctor-Patient Relationship Any doctor-patient relationship created through a consultation is between the user and the respective healthcare professional. Users are responsible for providing doctors with accurate and complete medical information relevant to their consultation. Doctors are responsible for exercising their independent professional judgment. 12. Payments EasyGo may support payments through available payment methods, including: • UPI • Debit/Credit Cards • Net Banking • Digital Wallets • Cash, where available • Other payment methods introduced by EasyGo Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment service providers. Users agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges for services ordered or booked. 13. Prices and Taxes Prices may vary depending on the service, location, time, availability, demand, partner pricing, applicable taxes, and other factors. Applicable GST and other government taxes or charges may be added where required by law. EasyGo reserves the right to modify prices, commissions, service fees, delivery charges, and other applicable charges. 14. Promotions and Offers EasyGo may introduce promotional offers, coupons, referral benefits, discounts, wallet credits, or other promotional programs. Each promotion may have separate terms, eligibility requirements, validity periods, and restrictions. EasyGo may withdraw or modify a promotion where permitted by applicable law. Promotional benefits cannot normally be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated. 15. User Responsibilities Users agree not to: • Provide false information; • Create multiple fraudulent accounts; • Misuse promotional offers; • Use another person's account without authorization; • Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against service providers; • Damage vehicles or property; • Place fraudulent or intentionally misleading orders; • Upload unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content; • Attempt to interfere with EasyGo's technology or security; • Reverse engineer or copy the EasyGo application; • Use automated systems to manipulate bookings, orders, fares, or promotions; • Use EasyGo for unlawful activities. EasyGo may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. 16. Driver / Partner Responsibilities Drivers and other service partners are expected to: • Provide services professionally; • Maintain required licences and permits; • Follow applicable laws and regulations; • Maintain appropriate safety standards; • Treat customers respectfully; • Provide accurate information to EasyGo; • Not misuse customer information; • Follow EasyGo's applicable partner policies. Partners remain responsible for their own taxes, licences, permits, insurance, employees, vehicles, equipment, and legal obligations unless otherwise agreed. 17. Intellectual Property All EasyGo trademarks, logos, designs, software, application interfaces, content, graphics, text, technology, and branding are owned by or licensed to EasyGo unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit EasyGo's intellectual property without prior written permission. 18. User Content If users submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content through EasyGo, they must ensure that such content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others. By submitting content, you grant EasyGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for operating, improving, and promoting the platform, subject to applicable law. 19. Privacy EasyGo's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information are governed by its Privacy Policy. By using EasyGo, you acknowledge that certain information may be required to provide services, process payments, facilitate bookings, communicate with partners, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws. 20. Third-Party Services EasyGo may use third-party service providers for payment processing, mapping, communication, cloud hosting, identity verification, analytics, notifications, and other technical functions. EasyGo is not responsible for independent failures of third-party services beyond its reasonable control. 21. Service Availability EasyGo attempts to keep the platform available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of: • Maintenance; • Technical failures; • Internet or network problems; • Server failures; • Cybersecurity incidents; • Natural disasters; • Government restrictions; • Force majeure events; • Other circumstances beyond EasyGo's reasonable control. 22. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of independent third-party services. This may include, subject to applicable law, losses arising from delays, cancellations, driver conduct, restaurant conduct, food quality, medical advice provided by independent doctors, or service-provider availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. 23. Indemnification To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyGo, its owners, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: • Your violation of these Terms; • Your misuse of the platform; • Fraudulent activity; • Your violation of applicable law; • Your infringement of another person's rights; • Your conduct toward drivers, restaurants, doctors, delivery partners, or other users. 24. Suspension and Termination EasyGo may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the platform where reasonably necessary, including for: • Violation of these Terms; • Fraudulent activity; • Abuse or harassment; • Payment-related misconduct; • Safety concerns; • Legal or regulatory requirements; • Misuse of promotional programs; • Any activity that may harm EasyGo, its partners, or users. You may stop using EasyGo at any time. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, intellectual property, privacy, liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions, may continue after termination where applicable. 25. Changes to These Terms EasyGo may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be published through the EasyGo application or website. Your continued use of EasyGo after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law. 26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to EasyGo or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over the relevant EasyGo operating entity, subject to applicable law. 27. Force Majeure EasyGo shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, telecommunications failures, power failures, or major technology disruptions. 28.
